Client: Genpact (NYSE: G) Management and Technology Consulting Firm, Headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda Project
Goals: They wanted to create a low-cost lead generation campaign to let providers in their target growth geographies know about capabilities and their proprietary approach to Healthcare Process Management
EddyComm’s Role: Genpact called on Eddy Communications to create a short practice overview video using mixed media (live action and animation) to be used to develop a campaign to promote their growing healthcare analytics practice, cross reference their additional written collateral resources, and measure target engagement with the firm
Results: The email was sent to hundreds of healthcare providers and yielded a significantly above average open and conversion rate. The video was well received by its target audience and many of the targets followed up with new business inquiries, signing up for Genpact’s healthcare mailing lists, and downloading additional content which enabled the growing practice to prioritize and segment prospects to ensure relevant and timely engagement with each new lead. Further, the video was able to be reused in trade show exhibits and other business development efforts around the globe. The client was so pleased with the project that they immediately engaged Eddy Communications on a series of larger video production, landing page development, editorial, digital and in-person marketing initiatives.
