Ms. Eddy started her career in journalism and has married her interests in sociology, communications, and complex selling environments to develop highly sought after expertise in growth strategy and marketing services. She has promoted many well-known clients and top-tier brands such as Accenture, Adobe, Autodesk, BearingPoint, Deloitte, Gateway, Genpact, Google, Microsoft, NetApp, Oracle, Red Hat, Symantec, and Quest Software. Ms. Eddy splits her time between Washington, DC and Roanoke, VA where she lives with her husband Sean, their son Emanuel, daughter Lillian and their two dogs: Cody and Tucker.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University and graduate consulting leadership certifications through Yale School of Management.
Sr. Marketing Specialist
Jackie is a talented Sr. Marketing Specialist with a gift for execution. She has a keen eye for opportunity and a rare ability to play to all marketing positions with equal excellence. She joined Eddy Communications in 2011 after graduating from the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. With incredible prowess for researching, writing, interviewing, event planning and project management, she understands how to execute impactful campaigns and can communicate the heart of a client’s message in a way their targets understand, trust, and respond to.
Jackie has lead public relations efforts for several international clients including 3M and Pixelworks. She excels at managing event press and publicity and has successfully managed brand presence at some of the largest industry trade shows including SID Display Week in San Diego, CA and the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV.
Michelle Fitzgerald manages the Eddy Communications office operations. In addition to a friendly face to greet office guests, Michelle keeps the creative minds of EddyComm on the straight and narrow by jumping in with project tracking and updates, billing reminders and by copy editing documents prior to client review. Michelle does the heavy lifting to organize client meetings and paperwork and to keep Eddy Communications running in peak condition.
Production Lead & COO
Sean Eddy is Chief of Operations and the Production Engineering Lead for Eddy Communications. In 2011 Sean and his wife Jennifer established Eddy Communications to offer world-class analytics based marketing and growth strategy to clients across the mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
In addition to ensuring the ongoing efficiency of Eddy Communications Corporation’s staff and operational resources, Sean has led the production of a wide variety of multi-media projects for Eddy Communication’s clients. He personally built and runs Eddy Communications’ in-house production studio and is involved in the design of all digital deliverables from graphic and web design, to podcasts and videos.
Mr. Eddy has a certificate in Recording Arts from the Citrus College of Music and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from George Mason University.
Sr. Marketing Coordinator
Fe Nguyen has an eye for detail and a deft hand in coordinating marketing campaigns, media buys, advertising efforts, and more. With talents in writing, editing, relationship building, and verbal communication, she excels in supporting our clients and providing thorough and efficient project updates. Equipped with impeccable organizational skills, Fe manages schedules, budgets, and asset tiles to maintain timely, high-quality project deliverables. With 11 years of marketing experience in the entertainment, entrepreneurship, government, and nonprofit sectors, Fe is uniquely qualified to communicate with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues alike.
Fe holds a bachelor’s degree in new media and arts administration from the University of Virginia and brings exceptional proficiency in and passion for the latest technology and digital marketing trends.
Josh Wilson has the mind of an engineer and the creativity of an artist. This unusual combination drives him to look beyond the ordinary on every project. He thrives on challenge and loves the process of creating something unique for his clients.
Josh has the enviable ability to visualize the finished product as well as the baby steps necessary to bring it to fruition. Under Josh’s creative leadership, every task is fresh, clean, and designed to amplify your message. With Eddy Communications, Josh is more than just a graphic designer, photographer, video specialist, or writer, he is an integral team member who helps bring creative ideas to reality. A graduate of James Madison University, Josh earned his BS in Biology.
Tofer Flowers provides clients with distinctive design and smart creative strategy that routinely helps brands achieve measurable growth. His keen understanding of how visuals and typography play across print and digital mediums and his commitment to contextual quality have spurred successful campaigns and great marketing solutions for a vast variety of clients. Tofer has worked for both in-house marketing teams and as part of agency creative workflows to deliver a wide portfolio of strategic new brands, effective campaigns, and stand-alone graphic design elements.
Tofer earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising communication from the University of New Mexico.
Taylor Quinn has a diverse appetite for creative execution, and his work can be found among many Eddy Communications most creative projects. From audio production to photography and design for marketing and branding, Taylor plays a valuable role in the Eddy Communications creative execution team. His background in photography, design, and music fills many in-between roles that help shape and perfect our clients’ brand and marketing identity. In addition, Taylor assists on much of the nitty gritty of coordinating and executing our client’s needs.
Derek Smith is a classically trained artist with a love for all things creative. He has led the development of all of our client logos since the firm was founded and works seamlessly with our clients and our in-house strategy team to ensure the visual representation of key messages is artistically flawless, intuitive, and communicates core values quickly.
Derek is also responsible for ensuring the look and feel of key branding elements such as a new logo are pulled through all visual executions, recommending complementary color palettes, fonts, whitespace standards and other assets to strengthen the brand strategy. Often, he also creates a series of design templates for clients to encourage the accurate execution Derek holds a Bachelor’s degree from AAU in San Francisco and has been with Eddy Communications since its founding in 2011. Working across channels with ease he consistently delivers exceptional results and pushes the team to stretch beyond their previous best at every opportunity.
